Thank You, 2025 | The World We Connected with Through Sushi

Hello from Sushi Academy Ginza. Today is New Year’s Eve, and Japan has entered the holiday season.

In 2025, we launched our new sushi experience lessons.

Thankfully, we were able to welcome guests from all over the world throughout the year.

Our guests joined us for many different reasons — family trips, corporate training programs, and even as a special experience to entertain business partners. We were truly honored that our sushi lessons became part of so many meaningful moments.

Our private lessons take place in a spacious and comfortable environment in Ginza, an area that is easy to access.We also offer lessons in both Japanese and English, so guests from around the world can feel relaxed and enjoy the experience together.

In 2026, we hope to welcome even more people and continue to share the joy and depth of sushi, while expanding the circle of connections that sushi brings.

Thank you very much for your support this year.We will reopen on Friday, January 9, 2026.
