Sushi as a Weekly Tradition!? Welcoming a Family Guest from America
The family shared that every Friday back home is “Sushi Day”—they might enjoy sushi even more than many in Japan!
They were full of curiosity, asking questions like how Japanese decide if fish is safe to eat raw, the role of pickled ginger, and the proper way to use wasabi.
