Hello! We are Sushi Academy Ginza, offering authentic sushi-making lessons in the heart of Tokyo. 🍣✨
September is here, yet the heat still lingers in the city. Even so, our sushi experience lessons are always filled with smiles and excitement from guests around the world 😊
On this day, we welcomed a guest from Taiwan living in the U.S. and another guest visiting from Thailand. Both of them have traveled to Japan many times, and the day before they enjoyed a yakiniku dinner. Just hearing their travel stories made us feel excited too. ✨

What stood out the most was that one of our guests was such a devoted sushi fan that they even make sushi at home.
This time, they didn’t just practice nigiri—they also challenged themselves with fish cutting. Watching their serious focus and passion made us naturally put even more heart into the lesson too 🍣✨

During the lesson, questions kept coming up, like “Why does sushi rice sometimes have different colors?” and “What’s the secret behind the sweet sauce?” They were eager to learn, yet always with a big smile on their faces. They even showed us photos of the sushi they had made themselves and told us, “I’d love to join a sushi school someday!” 🍣✨
It turned out to be a warm and lively lesson from start to finish, and we were delighted to hear them say, “When we come back to Japan, we definitely want to join again.” We truly look forward to welcoming them once more! ✨
