September is here, but Tokyo is still hot! This time we welcomed a guest from Taiwan living in the U.S. and another from Thailand. 🍣✨ A true sushi fan who even makes sushi at home, they asked lots of fun questions and filled the lesson with smiles and energy.

The family shared that every Friday back home is “Sushi Day”—they might enjoy sushi even more than many in Japan! They were full of curiosity, asking questions like how Japanese decide if fish is safe to eat raw, the role of pickled ginger, and the proper way to use wasabi. It made for a lively and fun session.
