Good morning,This is Sushi Academy Ginza.
Can you believe August is already down to its last ten days?
Here in the heart of Ginza, we continue to welcome guests from around the world and share Japanese culture through sushi.
Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting a wonderful family from Boston and Florida, USA.

The sushi-loving family told us that every Friday back in the U.S. is “Sushi Day”!It was amazing to hear how much sushi has become part of their everyday life—perhaps they enjoy it even more often than many people in Japan.
During the lesson, they asked lots of great questions, such as:“How do Japanese people know if a fish is safe to eat raw?”“What’s the purpose of pickled ginger?”“Is wasabi supposed to go on the sushi itself, or do you mix it with soy sauce?”
It turned into a lively session full of smiles and curiosity.

We hope that this sushi experience in Ginza became one of the highlights of your family’s trip.
At Sushi Academy Ginza, you can not only enjoy delicious sushi, but also discover the culture and history behind it.When you visit Ginza, why not add an authentic sushi experience to your journey?
We look forward to welcoming you soon.
