Our sushi experience lessons, launched in 2025, welcomed guests from all over the world. Looking back, it has been a year in which our program was enjoyed in many different ways — from family trips to corporate training programs.

銀座にあるSushi Academy Ginzaでは、魚だけでなく野菜を使った「ベジタブル寿司」も楽しめます。先日はマルタから23名の団体様が来訪し、約半数がベジタリアン対応メニューを希望。色鮮やかで味わい深い寿司体験に、笑顔があふれました。

A mother and her son visiting from Rome, Italy joined us in Ginza for an authentic sushi-making lesson. They raved, “You can hardly find this taste in Rome!” ✨ With plenty of thoughtful questions about nori and sushi vinegar, their deep love for sushi shone through—creating a joyful, smile-filled moment.

September is here, but Tokyo is still hot! This time we welcomed a guest from Taiwan living in the U.S. and another from Thailand. 🍣✨ A true sushi fan who even makes sushi at home, they asked lots of fun questions and filled the lesson with smiles and energy.
