🍣 October Begins! Ginza is Getting Even More Lively
It’s already October, and only three months remain in 2025.With China’s long holiday starting, the streets of Ginza are buzzing with even more excitement✨
🌍 A Group of 23 Guests from Malta!
Just the other day, we welcomed a group of 23 travelers from Malta, a beautiful island nation in the Mediterranean.They are on a 14-day journey through Japan, and one of their chosen highlights was joining our sushi-making experience here at Sushi Academy Ginza. 🍣🌸

🥕 Vibrant with Vegetable Sushi
What stood out the most this time was that nearly half of the guests requested vegetable sushi.Here’s the colorful menu we prepared:
Tomato
Carrot
Bell pepper
Baby corn
Shiitake mushroom
Lotus root
Zucchini
Edamame
Purple cabbage
Tofu bar
Bright, healthy, and just as delightful as traditional fish sushi! 🌱✨

Each ingredient was carefully seasoned before serving,creating a plate as colorful and elegant as any fish sushi ✨At Sushi Academy Ginza, even though we are located in the heart of Tokyo,we are able to welcome large groups like this one.We also flexibly accommodate vegetarian requests and other dietary needs.
