Making Plenty of Gunkan Sushi – Guests from Miami
We welcomed a lovely family from Miami to our sushi class, where their daughter’s love for nori inspired us to make extra gunkan rolls together. At Sushi Academy Ginza, guests can enjoy not only nigiri, but also gunkan and hand rolls. With sushi becoming more popular globally — especially seaweed — we focus on creating a fun and easy-to-recreate experience for everyone.
