Hello! This is Sushi Academy Ginza.
The other day, we had the pleasure of welcoming a mother and her son all the way from Rome, Italy. They were in the middle of a two-week trip through Japan, enjoying Kyoto, Karuizawa, Kanazawa, and Tokyo.

Both of them absolutely love tuna and were delighted, saying, “This is a flavor we can hardly find in Rome!”
The mother eagerly asked detailed questions about things like nori, pickled ginger, and sushi vinegar, which showed just how much she truly loves sushi.

In the end, they smiled and said, “That was truly fun and delicious!”—which made all of us on the staff feel so happy.

At Sushi Academy Ginza, we will continue to cherish every encounter with each of our guests and provide experiences that make their memories of Japan even more special.
