Our sushi experience lessons, launched in 2025, welcomed guests from all over the world. Looking back, it has been a year in which our program was enjoyed in many different ways — from family trips to corporate training programs.

A mother and her son visiting from Rome, Italy joined us in Ginza for an authentic sushi-making lesson. They raved, “You can hardly find this taste in Rome!” ✨ With plenty of thoughtful questions about nori and sushi vinegar, their deep love for sushi shone through—creating a joyful, smile-filled moment.

They enjoyed a true tuna feast with gunkan, hand rolls, and seared tuna, while also showing amazing nigiri skills — so good that we half-jokingly suggested a career change to a sushi restaurant. At Sushi Academy Ginza, we do our best to accommodate each guest’s requests, offering a hands-on sushi experience that is both fun and personalized.
