The other day, we welcomed two lovely visitors from New York.From start to finish, they enjoyed the experience with big smiles on their faces.

They were true tuna lovers, delighted to try gunkan, hand rolls, and even seared tuna — a real “tuna feast”.They also showed incredible skill, shaping nigiri so beautifully that we half-jokingly suggested a career change to a sushi restaurant 👏
