Ginza Bustling During the Obon Holiday
Japan is right in the middle of the Obon holiday, and the streets of Ginza are buzzing with tourists and shoppers.Amid this lively atmosphere, we recently welcomed guests from Israel for a private sushi-making lesson.

Two Families Enjoy Sushi-Making Together
The guests were two families traveling through Japan together, and the lesson was filled with smiles and laughter from start to finish.
Among the sushi toppings, eel was the clear favorite — the sweet and savory amandare sauce, similar to teriyaki, is always a hit with our international guests.
